Handle chemical agents with proper safety procedures to ensure effective cleaning while maintaining a safe environment. Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling of cleaning supplies, furniture, or equipment following safe lifting practices. Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly. Follow all safety protocols related to chemical handling, equipment use, and facility maintenance to ensure a secure workplace. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleanliness of their space. Qualifications Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings is highly preferred. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and the use of cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and industrial vacuums. Ability to handle chemical agents safely following established safety procedures. Physical capability for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Good communication skills with a customer service-oriented approach.
