Midwest Maintenance is seeking dedicated, detail-oriented, and reliable 1099 contract custodians to provide high-quality cleaning services in Nebraska. This is a great opportunity for independent workers who take pride in keeping spaces clean, safe, and well-maintained.

What You'll Do:

Perform routine cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces Restock supplies and ensure work areas remain orderly Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines Work autonomously and manage tasks efficiently Maintain professionalism in client facilities

What We're Looking For:

Reliability

• We need people who show up on time and complete tasks as expected Autonomy
• Able to work independently without direct supervision Attention to Detail
• Ensures all cleaning is thorough and up to Midwest Maintenance standards Experience Preferred
• Prior janitorial or custodial work is a plus, but not required Transportation Required
