ASAP Chelmsford Maids is seeking reliable and experienced commercial cleaners for cleaning opportunities throughout Southern New Hampshire. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces Safely use cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment Operate floor-care equipment as needed Follow all safety and sanitation procedures Properly store and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment Provide professional and dependable service Requirements Commercial cleaning or janitorial experience preferred Reliable transportation Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Ability to safely lift and move cleaning supplies and equipment Must pass a background screening Business liability insurance or willingness to obtain coverage What We Offer Flexible schedule Ability to accept cleaning opportunities based on your availability Additional and recurring cleaning assignments as available This is an independent contractor opportunity.
