We are currently hiring for two part time positions. One is 20 hours a week and the other one is 30 hours a week. Our 20 hour a week job is Monday-Friday no weekends, our job begins at 5:30 pm and ends at 9:30 pm. Our 30 hour a week job is Monday-Friday no weekends, our job begins at 5:30 pm and ends at 11:30 pm. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Handle custodial tasks like trash removal, dusting surfaces, disinfecting high-touch areas, and restocking supplies to ensure hygiene standards are met. Assist with light maintenance duties including minor repairs or reporting issues related to facilities maintenance or equipment. Follow safety protocols during cleaning activities to ensure a secure environment for yourself and others. Maintain detailed records of completed tasks and any incidents or irregularities observed during your shift. Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning responsibilities are completed efficiently and thoroughly. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures. Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing to enhance facility appearance. Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies, including vacuums, buffers, mops, and disinfectants. Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks when needed, including handling specialized cleaning projects. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting maintenance issues promptly.
