Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a dependable and professional Cleaner to assist with the janitorial operations of several commercial real estate properties. This role is responsible for helping maintain safe and clean facilities. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys contributing to a team.
Responsibilities Light office cleaning:
Change trash can liners, vacuum, mop, glass cleaning, wipe down hard surfaces, sinks and bathroom fixtures, etc. Assist with general labor tasks such as organizing materials, re-stocking and cleaning equipment Report safety hazards and larger maintenance issues to management Follow safety protocols Perform other duties as assigned Company transportation and gas card provided Full, day time position Requirements Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to stand for extended periods Overtime opportunities available Must have reliable transportation, safe driving record and pass criminal background check and drug test
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.50 per hour
