Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team during the day Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential properties, ensuring a welcoming and healthy environment for our clients. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and an ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. May Handle laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes. Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning as needed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions. Provide and ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient workflow. Execute janitorial tasks in accordance with established sanitation standards. Assist with any additional housekeeping management duties as required by clients or supervisors. Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with clients and their property. Experience Previous experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is beneficial. Experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning products is essential.
