Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. This role requires a proactive approach to custodial duties. Duties General cleaning of the building, keeping it maintained and in good condition. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. Cleaning and stocking of restrooms. Collect and dispose of trash Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision. Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and cleaning products. Follow strict cleaning protocols and adhere to safety and confidentiality policies. Perform regular mopping, sweeping, dusting Requirements Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles is preferred. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is advantageous. Knowledge of industrial cleaning methods is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards work. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds when necessary. Ability to use a backpack vacuum is a must. A valid driver's license may be required for positions involving travel between locations. Ability to speak English Must have experiance Work Schedule Monday 2:30pm
