Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential or commercial spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. We provide service to Peterborough NH and surrounding areas within a 25 Mile radius. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary supplies such as toiletries and linens. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in an orderly manner. Follow established cleaning protocols and adhere to health and safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client requests in a professional and efficient manner. Time Management- Most days will have more than one client, employees should arrive on time and manage their time accordingly. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A positive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
