Building Maintenance has been cleaning commercial buildings across New England since 1965. We're expanding in the Portsmouth area and looking for a reliable, hardworking cleaner to join our crew full-time. What you'll do: Vacuum, dust, and mop Empty trash Clean restrooms and kitchens Learn carpet cleaning and floor stripping/waxing (we'll train you — no experience required) What we're looking for: Reliable and trustworthy — you show up when scheduled Friendly, positive attitude Able to stand/walk for up to 6 hours per shift, including bending, kneeling, and stairs Able to lift up to 50 lbs Why work with us: Weekly pay 401(k) with company match Full-time, consistent hours with additional hours available Real growth opportunity as we expand — advancement available for the right person Reports directly to our Operations Manager, with hands-on support from our site supervisor Job sites: Commercial buildings around
