Bee Friends Cleaners is looking for experienced and professional cleaners to join our team and provide high-quality cleaning services to our clients in Greater Portland, Maine area. We are offering a unique opportunity for independent cleaners who are tired of managing their own schedules, negotiating rates, and constantly searching for new clients. As a cleaner partner with Bee Friends Cleaners, you'll have the autonomy of working when you want and where you want. We provide you with regular or one-time bookings. You go do the clean, wow the customer and repeat. You can focus on what you do best•providing excellent cleaning services. We offer a variety of projects, but mostly homes, and small office spaces. Occasionally we have the opportunity to provide cleanings at large commercial buildings. You can pick the dates and times that work for you so you can maintain your existing cleaning clients. We also provide regular and reliable paychecks, so you don't have to worry about managing your own finances or chasing unpaid invoices.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of professional experience cleaning houses and/or commercial spaces. We are only looking for cleaners who have cleaned professionally and already have experience working inside customers' homes and offices You should have the tools, skills and ability to clean homes and offices and have demonstrated abilities working in this role Reliable transportation and ability to drive about 30-50 miles per day between job sites Must be able to pass a background check as you will be in a position of trust Access to a smartphone and the internet If you are an experienced cleaner looking for a supportive and friendly team to work with and want to take your business to the next level, Bee Friends Cleaners is the place for you. and start filling your schedule with profitable hours.

Job Type:

Independent contractor. You will receive a 1099 at end of the year Schedule•Very flexible. We can work with any openings you have in your schedule. We have cleaners who clean once per week and several who clean as many as they can. Rate is negotiable based on experience but the range is $25.00•$40.00 per hour plus customer tips.
