Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Mid City Management is hiring reliable Cleaning Technicians to service residential and commercial properties throughout Monmouth County. Responsibilities Clean common areas, offices, restrooms and residential properties Sweep, mop, vacuum and dust Empty trash and restock supplies Complete assigned cleaning checklists Report maintenance or safety concerns Clock in and out accurately at each location Maintain consistent cleaning standards Communicate clearly with supervisors Qualifications Prior cleaning experience preferred Reliable and able to work independently Strong attention to detail Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Smartphone required for scheduling and time tracking Morning, evening and weekend shifts may be available.
