Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness in all dishwashing and kitchen areas, including pot sinks, prep surfaces, and equipment. Support overall restaurant cleanliness by sanitizing sinks, countertops, tabletops, doors, and walls. Organize and maintain the storeroom, manage deliveries, and handle linen storage and distribution. Continuously remove trash and recyclables from all areas of the restaurant to maintain a clean and safe environment. Assist with general prep and cleaning tasks as needed to support kitchen and service operations. Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift. Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Requirements:

Ideally, with experience as a Dishwasher/Porter. Who are able to follow health and safety procedures laid out by management, city, state and federal requirements. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with speed and accuracy. With open flexibility to work various shifts.
