Required Qualifications and Experience:
Current, active state PT license (or eligibility) Experience in outpatient hospital therapy (preferred) Ability to develop, implement, and modify patient treatment plans based on individual goals and physician directives Strong clinical reasoning and documentation abilities Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice
Responsibilities Include:
Comprehensive evaluation and individualized treatment planning for assigned patients Delegation and direction of discipline-specific therapy services Design and execution of functional treatment programs aimed at effective community reintegration Documentation of patient care, goals, and outcomes within clinic and regulatory standards Education for patients, families, peers, and students, supporting an enriching learning environment Active participation in clinic quality initiatives and safety protocols, including safe patient handling and infection control Adherence to all hospital guidelines, codes of conduct, and state/federal regulations
