Schedule:
Travel assignment Full-time hours in a dynamic outpatient hospital environment
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations for assigned patients, developing, implementing, and modifying evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs and goals. Direct and delegate all therapy services for assigned caseloads, fostering effective teamwork. Design rehabilitation programs focused on safe, functional return to community life. Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and colleagues—promoting learning and collaboration. Maintain clear, timely, and accurate medical documentation aligned with clinic policies and regulatory requirements. Uphold best practices in patient and employee safety, applying protocols for safe patient handling, materials management, infection control, and environmental safety. Actively pursue continuous professional development, participating in continuing education, mentoring students, and engaging with clinical management to support strategic organizational objectives. Adhere to all applicable practice acts, organizational policies, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist; Outpatient hospital or similar experience preferred. Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and within an interdisciplinary team. Commitment to ongoing learning, professional growth, and safety.
