This role involves performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors. The position offers a flexible schedule, with work days from Thursday through Monday, and hours varying between 9 AM to 5 PM and 3 PM to 10 PM, with opportunities for overtime. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding high standards of cleanliness. Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation. Maintain cleanliness of common areas, offices, hallways, and other designated spaces. Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed to ensure facilities are in good condition. Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained. Adhere to the scheduled work hours, which include shifts from 9 AM to 5 PM and 3 PM to 10 PM, with flexibility for overtime as required. Experience Previous custodial or janitorial experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
