Job Summary:
We're seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Professional Cleaners to join our team. This role involves performing high-quality cleaning services for both residential properties and rental turnovers, primarily vacation homes. The ideal candidate will be thorough, efficient, reliable, and possess excellent time management skills. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, scrubbing, and sanitizing all surfaces. Clean and sanitize bathrooms (toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, floors) to a high standard. Clean and sanitize kitchens (countertops, sinks, appliances, floors) to a high standard. Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners. Make beds and change linens (for rental turnovers). Restock supplies as needed (for rental turnovers). Follow specific cleaning checklists for each property type (residential vs. rental turnover). Identify and report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning. Adhere to all safety guidelines and use cleaning products appropriately. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with clients and team members. Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within established deadlines. Qualifications Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Experience in professional cleaning (residential, hotel, or rental property cleaning) is preferred . Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for extended periods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be punctual and dependable. Background check and drug screening may be required. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, especially during peak rental seasons.
