A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description

General Cleaner Job Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 40hrs/week 1st

Shift:

6:30AM-3:00PM 2nd

Shift:

11:00AM-7:30

PM Pay Rate:

Paid weekly $15.92 hr Job duties : Responsible for cleaning MOSTLY restrooms, but also offices, break rooms, stairwells, manufacturing floor, lobby, supply closets, stainless steel hallway. Routine building cleaning Restroom cleaning Window cleaning Trash and recycling removal/ policing ground for litter Sanitizing surfaces Floor Care Sweeping Mopping Vacuuming/Dusting Stocking supply rooms

Requirements:

Pass background checks and drug screening Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently. Wear LACOSTA Shirt, steel-toed boots/shoes, and long pants.
