One Stop Management is hiring a dependable Porter / Handyman for a luxury residential community in New Jersey. You'll help keep the property clean, safe, and welcoming while assisting with routine maintenance and repairs. Responsibilities Clean and maintain lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, laundry rooms, entrances, and other common areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize high-touch surfaces, and perform periodic deep cleaning. Collect and dispose of trash and recycling; keep garbage rooms clean and orderly. Complete minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and other basic handyman tasks. Identify and report maintenance issues, property damage, and safety concerns promptly. Assist the superintendent and maintenance team with assigned work. Clear snow and apply salt to walkways and entrances during winter weather. Use and store equipment properly and report supply needs. Qualifications At least one year of porter, janitorial, handyman, or building maintenance experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a well-presented property. Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and communicate professionally with residents and staff. Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Schedule and Compensation Full-time and part-time opportunities are available across morning, evening, and overnight shifts , including weekends as needed. Availability during snowstorms for emergency snow removal and salting is required. Pay is based on experience.
