A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Openings Pay:
$20 per hour Responsibilities Perform light HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting Complete light electrical and plumbing repairs Paint and perform touch-ups Spackle, compound, sand, and prepare surfaces Caulk, grout, and complete minor tile touch-ups Perform general apartment and building maintenance Assist with repairs and upkeep of common areas Respond to maintenance requests as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications Prior residential or building maintenance experience preferred Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems Experience with painting, spackling, sanding, caulking, and grout work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, responsible, and punctual Ability to lift and move materials and perform physical tasks Part-Time Porter — 2
Openings Pay:
$18 per hour Responsibilities Clean and maintain lobbies, hallways, and common areas Wipe down mirrors, glass doors, and surfaces Sweep, mop, and vacuum as needed Remove garbage and maintain trash areas Handle recycling Keep common areas neat, clean, and presentable Move and rearrange furniture when needed Assist with building setup and general upkeep Report maintenance or building issues to management Qualifications Previous porter, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred Reliable and punctual Strong attention to cleanliness and detail Ability to work independently Ability to lift and move furniture or other items when needed Professional and respectful attitude Please submit your resume and indicate which position you are applying for.
