This role is vital in ensuring that residential and commercial spaces are spotless, sanitized, and well-organized. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional cleaning services that exceed client expectations. Whether working indoors or outdoors, you will play a key part in creating safe, hygienic spaces for our clients and their families or staff. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health standards Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to clean floors, carpets, surfaces, and fixtures effectively Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items Conduct outdoor cleaning duties including sweeping walkways, cleaning outdoor furniture, and maintaining landscaped areas when required Manage heavy lifting tasks safely when moving furniture or large items during deep cleans or renovations Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and supply inventory to ensure efficient operations Skills Proven experience in residential or janitorial cleaning roles with knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment use Strong understanding of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing Ability to implement cleaning and sanitation procedures effectively across different environments Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes Customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their cleaning needs and preferences Manual handling expertise for safely lifting heavy objects and operating various cleaning tools Knowledge of outdoor work safety practices and experience working outside in different weather conditions Familiarity with cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and surface cleaning techniques to ensure hygiene standards are met Join us as a Cleaner to make a tangible difference in the cleanliness and safety of our clients' environments!
