Responsibilities:

• Perform general janitorial duties to maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
• Follow established safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a janitor or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of porter, facilities maintenance, custodial, and industrial cleaning practices
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods of time
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
