What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Sterling Pro Solutions is a growing local cleaning company providing high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services across Morris County. We pride ourselves on a supportive team environment and rewarding hard work.Compensation & Benefits:
$18.00 - $24.00 / hour (based on experience) Daily Driving Bonus paid every day you use your vehicle for client cleanings Client tips & performance bonuses Paid on-the-job training All cleaning supplies, equipment, and company shirts provided Opportunities for advancement to field manager and territory managerSchedule:
Part-time:
15 - 30 hours per week Daytime hours: Monday through Friday (typically within 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM window) No mandatory nights or Sunday shifts (Saturday & evening shifts available)Responsibilities:
Perform routine residential and commercial cleanings (dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms) Follow company cleaning checklists to maintain consistent quality Safely operate company-provided cleaning equipment and handle supplies Provide professional, dependable, and friendly service to clientsQualifications:
Valid driver's license (Required) and your own reliable vehicle (preferred) Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in homes & offices Able to work independently or in pairs Conversational English required; bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred, but not required—we will train the right person! preferred, but not required—we will train the right person! ¿Hablas español?
