Compensation & Benefits:

$18.00 - $24.00 / hour (based on experience) Daily Driving Bonus paid every day you use your vehicle for client cleanings Client tips & performance bonuses Paid on-the-job training All cleaning supplies, equipment, and company shirts provided Opportunities for advancement to field manager and territory manager

Schedule:

Part-time:

15 - 30 hours per week Daytime hours: Monday through Friday (typically within 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM window) No mandatory nights or Sunday shifts (Saturday & evening shifts available)

Responsibilities:

Perform routine residential and commercial cleanings (dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms) Follow company cleaning checklists to maintain consistent quality Safely operate company-provided cleaning equipment and handle supplies Provide professional, dependable, and friendly service to clients

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license (Required) and your own reliable vehicle (preferred) Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in homes & offices Able to work independently or in pairs Conversational English required; bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred, but not required—we will train the right person! preferred, but not required—we will train the right person! ¿Hablas español?
