English required We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Porter to help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming residential property in the Secaucus, NJ area. Key Responsibilities Maintain common areas, entrances, hallways, terraces, patios, parking areas, and the property perimeter. Empty the garbage compactor and transport waste to designated disposal areas. Clean and maintain compactor and trash rooms. Remove cardboard, recycling, electronics, and other waste. Replace trash and recycling liners throughout the property. Sweep entrances, sidewalks, stairwells, parking areas, and exterior spaces. Maintain dog waste stations and remove pet waste from exterior areas. Clean and organize outdoor furniture, tables, chairs, grills, and BBQ areas. Spot-clean carpets and perform minor paint touch-ups as needed. Replace lightbulbs in common areas and apartment entrances. Assist the Maintenance team with lifting and moving items. Organize the maintenance shop and put supplies away. Requirements Must speak English. Must be available ON CALL when needed. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, walking, sweeping, and handling trash. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
