This role is best suited for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates reliably, and can be counted on to arrive on time and complete each job to a high standard. Responsibilities Perform residential and small office cleaning throughout North New Jersey Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, offices, and common spaces Dust and wipe surfaces Vacuum and mop floors Clean sinks, toilets, showers, mirrors, and kitchen surfaces Empty trash and replace liners Complete deeper-cleaning tasks when required by the job Follow the cleaning scope provided for each assignment Communicate promptly regarding arrival, completion, delays, or any issues Drive to cleaning jobs throughout North New Jersey What We Are Looking For 2+ years of professional residential or commercial cleaning experience strongly preferred Dependable, punctual, and consistent Strong attention to detail Good availability throughout the week Comfortable working independently Must have a reliable vehicle and be able to drive to jobs throughout North New Jersey Able to perform physically active cleaning work for several hours at a time Good communication and responsiveness Professional and respectful when working in customers' homes and businesses Must have access to your own basic cleaning supplies and equipment About the Work Cleaning jobs are offered based on customer demand, location, and availability. Work may include apartment and home cleanings, recurring residential clients, move-in/move-out cleanings, deep cleanings, and small office cleanings. Travel between jobs may be compensated depending on the distance and assignment.
