All NJ Shrinkwrap & Powerwash is a growing exterior services company serving residential and commercial clients across New Jersey and the New York metro area. We shrink wrap outdoor furniture, rooftop terraces, scaffolding, construction sites, and boats — and we run a full exterior power washing and soft washing division.

• What You'll Do
• Install heat-shrink wrap on outdoor furniture, terraces, equipment, and structures
• Build framing, run strapping, and finish jobs to a clean, professional standard
• Operate a heat gun safely and follow all fire-watch and jobsite safety procedures
• Load and unload trailers, maintain tools and equipment
• Interact professionally with homeowners, building staff, and property managers
• Cross-train on power washing and soft washing (no experience needed — we train)
• What We're Looking For
• Prior shrink wrap experience strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to communicate clearly in English with customers, building staff, and crew
• Comfortable working outdoors in cold weather and at heights
• Reliable, on time, and takes pride in the finished product
• Some college coursework a plus, but not required
• Where This Goes
• This is not a one-season job. We're looking for someone who wants to build a career here. The right person moves up into running estimates, managing a crew, and taking on year-round responsibility across both our shrink wrap and power washing divisions.
• Schedule
• Monday-Friday with Saturdays during peak season.

Overtime available.
