Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface sanitation Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met or exceeded Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively for various surfaces including floors, carpets, and countertops Conduct outdoor work when necessary, including patio or yard cleaning and debris removal Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or equipment with proper technique to prevent injury Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service Skills Proven experience in residential or janitorial cleaning with knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment use Strong understanding of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and maintenance Ability to implement effective sanitation practices across different surfaces and environments Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes Familiarity with cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and safe handling practices Physical capability for heavy lifting and outdoor work as required Exceptional client communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly Join us if you're passionate about creating clean environments that make a difference!
