What You'll Do Perform detailed cleaning of homes (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas) Tasks include: dusting, wiping, scrubbing, disinfecting, vacuuming, mopping, and organizing Follow a professional cleaning checklist and company standards Respect clients' homes and preferences Work efficiently while maintaining high quality Clean small office spaces occasionally Heavy lifting expected (vacuums, caddies, water buckets) Perform physical labor that requires bending, lifting, moving around and standing up for prolonged times What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual (this is very important) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable with physical work (standing, bending, lifting)
