What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
We are looking for a maintenance worker who will be responsible for assisting the maintenance team with all maintenance services and help keep our building in tip-top shape. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and be capable of working independently and completing tasks with minimal supervision. We are interested in hiring individuals with also have experience interacting with clients and have an eye for detail and an interest in cleaning and organization.
Responsibilities:
Perform general building and grounds cleaning and maintenance duties and projects. Keep building clean and tidy. Follow directions from managers. Be on time for regular and overtime shifts. Carry out ongoing maintenance requests. Accurately document completed work orders.Job Type:
