Duties Perform thorough cleaning of offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to ensure a pristine appearance Handle janitorial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, window washing, and restroom sanitation with precision Conduct routine facilities maintenance including minor repairs and reporting larger issues promptly Use industrial cleaning equipment for specialized tasks like floor care or deep cleaning projects Support custodial responsibilities in residential or commercial settings, including painting touch-ups when needed Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a hazard-free environment for all occupants Qualifications Prior experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures, and industrial cleaning equipment is advantageous Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality cleanliness standards Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently within scheduled shifts Basic understanding of facilities maintenance or porter experience is a plus Willingness to follow safety guidelines and work collaboratively within a team environment Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly impact the comfort and safety of others!
