Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented full time (30 hours per week) Janitor to maintain a clean and sanitized environment for our clients and staff.

Responsibilities:

Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust furniture in common areas, offices, and break rooms. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, including restocking supplies and ensuring proper sanitation. Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables. Clean kitchens and appliances according to safety and sanitation guidelines. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the facilities supervisor. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stored properly and used safely. Ability to work at multiple locations in Carlsbad as needed. May be asked to perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Drivers license and reliable transportation required. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a janitorial role. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physically able to perform housekeeping tasks, such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Reliability and punctuality are essential. Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality is a must.

Pay:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
