Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Safety Certification Mirror cleaning Performing background checks Full Job Description Company Background Local large production facility with many departments residing in Sparks Nevada. We pride ourselves in honesty, opportunity, integrity, and energy and we are looking to welcome an employee with those values. Position Summary The custodian is primarily responsible for keeping all areas of our facility clean. This role will also require cultivation duties as necessary, training will be included. Essential Duties- Clean and maintain all areas of our production facility
- Properly clean, sanitize, and service all areas of production facility to specifications in an accurate and timely manner
- Properly change trash, sanitize and clean restrooms, dust all room services and mop floors daily.
- Supply all restrooms with supplies
- Report all maintenance discrepancies and situations in a timely manner
- Must enforce all OSHA and safety policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned including cultivation tasks Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED Required
- Be able to work with cleaning chemicals
- Minimum 6 months cleaning experience preferred
- Be able to communicate in English well
- Effective verbal communication skills and able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondences, and memos
- Be able to work effectively with other team members and supervisors in a diplomatic manner
- Completion of satisfactory background check Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work long hours, evenings and weekends as needed
- Exposure to sunlight and artificial light Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, Stoop, kneel, crouch and climb stairs
- Mobility and dexterity to make clean floors, dust all room services, clean toilets and mirrors
- Must have close, distance, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
