Cleaning & Sanitation Perform janitorial tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, and scrubbing. Follow Weekly Sanitation Schedules, Master Sanitation Schedules, and management directives. Clean and maintain production and warehouse floors using approved wet mopping methods, dust mops, and riding floor scrubbers. Ensure all cleaning equipment and tools are properly cleaned and maintained after use. Restock restroom, breakroom, and handwashing station supplies, including toiletries and cleaning products. Store cleaning materials and supplies safely and securely. Facility Inspections & Safety Monitor the facility for cleanliness, hazards, damages, or unsafe conditions and report findings to management. Check rodent traps throughout the facility and document findings. Inspect fire extinguishers and complete required documentation. Help maintain compliance with food safety, quality, and sanitation standards. Additional Responsibilities Perform minor maintenance tasks as assigned. Assist with special cleaning projects and facility upkeep. Complete other duties as assigned by management.
