Cleaning Technician: Mon. - Fri.(7pm- 9pm), Friday (1pm - 4pm), Saturday (Evenings- 2hrs)- $20/hr

Job Overview Join our dynamic cleaning team as a Cleaning Technician, working Monday through Friday from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with additional shifts on Fridays from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and Saturday evenings for two hours. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of commercial and residential spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal. Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, polishing, and applying protective coatings to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained. Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all areas by following established protocols for sanitation and safety. Assist with custodial tasks related to industrial cleaning and facilities maintenance as needed. Use proper techniques for cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring efficient operation and longevity. Support minor maintenance tasks such as touch-up painting or replacing supplies to keep the environment in optimal condition. Document completed tasks and report any issues or hazards promptly to supervisors for swift resolution. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Familiarity with floor care procedures including buffing, stripping, and sealing is advantageous. Experience with commercial or industrial cleaning environments is a plus. Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices such as basic repairs or painting enhances your suitability for this role. Previous porter or custodial roles demonstrate reliability and an understanding of cleaning standards. Ability to work independently with attention to detail while maintaining a lively, proactive approach is essential.
