Custodian

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Custodian to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. Your efforts will ensure that all spaces are hygienic, well-organized, and visually appealing, contributing to a positive experience for staff, visitors, and clients alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your custodial skills while supporting the overall cleanliness and maintenance of our premises. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Manage janitorial tasks in various areas including FD, offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces with attention to detail. External Village buildings to be maintained weekly. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as light repairs, painting touch-ups Maintain supplies inventory and notify management when stock levels are low to ensure continuous operations. Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning and maintenance activities to promote a secure environment. Experience Prior custodial or janitorial experience is desirable. Experience with industrial cleaning processes and facilities maintenance is advantageous. Familiarity with commercial cleaning and supplies is preferred. Pay:

Up to $21.00 per hour
