Job Description

Commercial Janitor We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Janitor to maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and basic upkeep of our facilities. This role plays a key part in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and restock designated areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, and restroom sanitation Perform routine inspections and document maintenance or cleaning activities Handle heavy-duty cleaning tasks and participate in special cleaning projects as needed Report any damages, maintenance needs, or safety concerns to management Organize and maintain janitorial supply areas and ensure adequate stock levels Collaborate with team members to support overall cleanliness and safety standards Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene protocols
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a janitorial or custodial role preferred Ability to operate and maintain cleaning equipment and machinery Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) Strong sense of integrity and the ability to work with minimal supervision High school diploma or equivalent required Transportation a must
