For Maintenance positions: Experience with HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance.

• Assure completion of all preventative maintenance schedules.
• Complete work orders in timely fashion.
• Complete periodic inspections of the total property systems of checking such items as roof, building façade, parking lots, grounds, signs, etc.
• Maintain an up-to-date repair record on all equipment and maintain an up-to-date work list for the job and ensure all work is completed in a timely and effective manner with respect to assigned priorities.
• Maintain all buildings and grounds.
• Inspect vacant apartments and complete the painting, repair, and general refurbishment within the prescribed time frame.
• Assist with the effectiveness of the Safety Committee.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies as needed. -Ability to drive a company vehicle (required drivers license) For Porter positions:
• Maintain cleanliness of the community through general floor care, wall cleaning and urgent issues -House maintenance such as bulb replacement, toilet issues, etc
• Performs other duties as requested.
