Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and industrial cleaning tools efficiently and safely. Maintain floors through proper care techniques like buffing and polishing to ensure a polished appearance. Conduct janitorial tasks in various environments, including offices, warehouses, and residential properties. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or reporting larger issues to the appropriate team members. Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment. Support additional custodial duties like window washing, carpet cleaning, or painting as needed to enhance overall space presentation. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required; we value motivated individuals eager to learn. Familiarity with commercial cleaning procedures and industrial cleaning techniques is advantageous. Experience with floor care processes such as buffing or polishing will help you excel in this role. Basic understanding of facilities maintenance or porter responsibilities is a plus. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety guidelines are essential for success in this energetic position.
