Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across various client sites, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation of all surfaces. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to meet health and safety standards. Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and steam cleaners efficiently. Handle laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms as required. Conduct outdoor work such as sweeping walkways, clearing debris, and maintaining outdoor areas when necessary. Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of supplies or equipment safely. Communicate effectively with clients regarding specific cleaning needs or concerns to ensure satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within residential or commercial settings. Strong knowledge of cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and proper application techniques. Skilled in floor cleaning methods including mopping, buffing, and floor care maintenance. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout shifts. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with proper technique. Familiarity with cleaning surfaces such as glass, countertops, tiles, and fixtures. Experience in customer service and client communication to ensure high-quality service delivery. Knowledge of outdoor work procedures and safety protocols related to outdoor cleaning activities.
