Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Automotive Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the dealership property, ensuring all equipment and systems are functioning properly, and supporting a safe and professional environment. What you'll do: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems Conduct regular inspections of the dealership and identify maintenance needs Maintain cleanliness and organizations of service areas, showroom, and exterior grounds Handle minor repairs such as painting, drywall, and general upkeep Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs and services Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Assist with seasonal maintenance (snow removal, landscaping etc.) Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management What we're looking for: Previous experience working in maintenance or facilities Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems Ability to use hand and power tools safely Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and manage time effectively Valid driver's license What we offer: Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, & vision insurance 401k Paid time off and holidays Stable, full-time schedule Supportive team environment Employee discounts This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands on work and wants to build a career in facility maintenance with a family owned and operated dealership!
