Responsibilities:

Complete work orders in a timely manner Snow plowing Prepare vacant units for new residents Assist with preventative maintenance Preform other duties as needed Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies

Qualifications:

Maintenance experience preferred Dependable and able to work independently Valid driver's license preferred Spanish speaking
