Work Schedule:

Sunday-Saturday days and evenings possible 7am - 7pm 8 hour schedule can be worked out during these hours as a set schedule. Must work 1 weekend day weekly.

Rate Plus Mileage Minimum Qualifications:

Basic computer skills required in order to maintain electronic work order tracking system. Driver's License strongly preferred. General Duties 1. Performs work according to standard procedure and by building's operational schedule to maintain assigned areas in a clean and sanitary condition. 2. Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, stairways and windows as directed by Supervisor. 3. Uses brooms, mops, and floor equipment to sweep, mop, strip and wax floors. Uses vacuum cleaners and/or shampooer to clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and blinds. 5. Refill supplies and remove trash and replace trash liners. 6. Washes walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, doors and sills. 7. Incorporate Safety into all aspects of work. Complies with infection control protocols. Properly uses chemicals including storage and dispensing. Uses "wet floor' signs properly. 9. Completes assigned tasks in a timely manner. 10. Reports work accomplished orally or on written work order to supervisor. #NowHiring Janitorial Experience required, Valid Drivers License required
