Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Building Care Systems, Inc. is seeking part time evening cleaners for a school located in the Latham/Colonie areas Hours and Payrate determined by loacation 4pm - 5pm Start time 12.5-15hrs a week $16.50-$17 per hour Successful candidate's job duties will consist of all aspects cleaning in a professional office building. Successful candidate will be working in conjunction with other cleaning staff currently employed in the building. No cleaning experience necessary. Must have good work history. Background Check Required. Must be trustworthy and reliable. Attention to detail is a necessity. Applicants must reply to this post and include a copy of their current resume.
