2101 Mott Avenue, Far Rockaway, NY 11691 Job Type Full-Time Schedule Day and evening shifts available Weekends required Holidays as needed Store hours: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM King of Buds Dispensary is looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Security Associate / Floor Support team member. This position is responsible for maintaining a safe environment while providing excellent customer service and assisting with daily floor operations. Responsibilities Verify valid government-issued IDs before customer entry. Monitor the sales floor and entrance to ensure a safe environment. Greet and welcome customers in a professional manner. Assist customers by directing them to available budtenders. Help maintain an organized, clean, and professional sales floor. Monitor customer activity and report suspicious behavior to management. De-escalate situations calmly and professionally. Assist with crowd control during busy hours. Support staff with general floor operations when needed. Follow all New York State cannabis regulations and company policies. Qualifications Previous security experience preferred. Cannabis dispensary experience is a plus. Strong customer service and communication skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must be at least 21 years old.
