Cleaner located in Fayetteville, NY Part time position

25/hr We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for employees and visitors.

Duties:

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
• Follow established safety guidelines and use appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment
• Perform floor care duties such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing floors
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
