  • Days The goal of Environmental Services is to provide a clean, orderly, and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff in alignment with the mission and philosophy of St.
Peter's Health Partners. Responsibilities Perform general housekeeping and floor care duties Assist Supervisor with scheduling, staff oversight, inventory, and special projects Ensure overall cleanliness of assigned buildings Complete thorough daily room cleaning following all training and sanitation protocols Follow infection control policies and procedures Maintain professional communication with staff, patients, residents, and families Respond politely and efficiently to requests Report issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor Perform additional duties assigned by Supervisor or Director Uphold SPHP Standards of Behavior Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of healthcare environmental services experience Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing) Benefits Competitive hourly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) and holidays Retirement plans Opportunities for advancement within healthcare system On-the-job training and skill development Stable work environment in a healthcare setting Employee assistance programs (EAP) Pay Range $16.20

74 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
