Job Overview Hamburg Brewing Company is seeking to hire a seasoned part-time cleaner/porter to join our growing team. The taproom cleaner is responsible for cleaning, stocking, and supplying designated facility areas. This includes but is not limited to dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, etc. This person will also perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects per taproom needs.

Essential Job Functions:

Perform various cleaning actions such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceilings etc. of the taprooms Clean Bathrooms including floors, sinks, mirrors, toilets, changing soaps, wiping down stall doors, wiping down doors, changing sanitary boxes, emptying trash containers and restocking products for all bathrooms at the brewery Clean taproom tables, change felt pads as needed Buff floors weekly Dust TV's Dust and vacuum staircases Wash towels daily Restock bathroom products and supply rooms Maintain cleaning equipment and communicate any potential issues to management Identify and indicate with management when cleaning supplies are needed Assist Events Coordinator as needed to ensure linens are being washed and folded properly Wipe down and clean all doors in the taproom Replace lightbulbs as needed

Requirements & Qualifications:

Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to fifty pounds Attention to detail in cleaning and sanitizing various surfaces Knowledge of the proper handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends per business needs Ability to work independently and as part of team Reliable and punctual attendance Strong communication skills to report any maintenance issues or repair needs Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks as needed

KTA Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
