Responsibilities Clean windows of various heights and sizes using appropriate tools and techniques to achieve streak-free results Operate equipment such as scissor lifts safely to access high or hard-to-reach windows Prepare cleaning solutions and select suitable cleaning materials for different surfaces and environments Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during all tasks Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing special attention or additional cleaning measures Maintain cleanliness of work areas, ensuring equipment is stored properly after use Collaborate with team members to complete large-scale or complex cleaning projects efficiently and effectively Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience is highly desirable, especially in commercial cleaning environments Experience operating scissor lifts or similar height-access equipment is a strong plus Demonstrated ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly Knowledge of cleaning best practices, including window washing techniques and safety procedures Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of cleanliness Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings Physical stamina to stand, reach, climb ladders, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the day Embark on a rewarding career where your skills brighten spaces and enhance the professional image of our clients!
