Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Columbia Golf & Country Club (CG&CC), in Claverack, is seeking an independent and reliable person to maintain its clubhouse and facilities. This position is for approx. 20 hours a week over 5 days. Cleaning is required to be done on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday with some occasional flexibility, as agreed with the employer. Custodial duties include but are not limited to :
- Cleaning, servicing, vacuuming, dusting, garbage collection throughout the property at various locations.
- Cleaning all Clubhouse windows (inside and out)
- Polishing wooden lockers and other clubhouse wood surfaces.
- Cleaning cobwebs and bugs from ceilings, light fixtures, etc.
