We're SerenLumi — a values-driven residential cleaning company based right here in Ithaca, NY. We're growing, and we're looking for a Cleaning Technician who takes genuine pride in their work and wants to be part of something special. No experience? No problem! If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and a great communicator, we will train you — and pay you while we do it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform thorough, high-quality cleanings throughout the Ithaca area Follow SerenLumi's cleaning checklists and standards to deliver a consistent, 5-star result every time Handle products and equipment with care and safety Represent SerenLumi professionally in every client interaction Communicate openly and promptly with management Be available for occasional on-call or short-notice assignments (Mon-Fri)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Fun-loving, growth-minded people that enjoy being a part of an empowered team Valid New York State driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Trustworthy, dependable, and honest Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Physically active — this role involves standing, lifting, and movement Positive attitude and great communication skills Prior cleaning experience is a plus but is NOT required. We provide full paid training.

JOB DETAILS

Job Type:

Full-Time |

Part-Time Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with possible on-call)

Location:

Ithaca, NY (travel to client sites in Tompkins County and surrounding areas)

Pay:
